Sunday Brunch: Simon Rimmer previews show as it moves to E4
Simon Rimmer made sure to remind fans about Sunday Brunch’s change this weekend. The chef fronts the Channel 4 show, which launched in 2012, alongside Tim Lovejoy.
We’re on E4, down with the kids this weekend
However, the 57-year-old popular programme will be broadcast on E4 instead tomorrow.
The chef claimed they were “down with the kids” due to the sceduling, as he spoke to his more than 300,000 fans across Twitter and Instagram.
He uploaded a video explaining why Sunday Brunch wouldn’t go out on its usual channel.
Instead Live Test Cricket will air from 6am until 11.30am – the slot usually filled by the magazine offering.

Simon filmed himself enjoying his morning coffee in his kitchen, while his chic home was seen in the background.
“Morning all,” the father-of-two started. “It’s Saturday, that means it’s only a day until Sunday Brunch.”
He then updated fans on where to watch, saying they had a “great” line-up in store.
Simon said: “We’re on E4, down with the kids this weekend, because the cricket is on Channel 4.
“We’ve got in the studio Angela Scanlon, we’ve got Raye – Raye performing live. Love her voice.
“On Skype we’ve got Rob Beckett, Romesh Ranganathan, we’ve got Ant Middleton and we’ve got Jason Bell talking about the Super Bowl.”
He then urged: “Don’t forget, keep looking after each other and a big hello to my friend Ant, who I spoke to yesterday.

“Who seems to be on the mend… Look out for each other. Great song to have with your coffee this morning, Lily Moore and Maverick Sabre.
“Both of whom have been on Sunday Brunch… Have a lovely weekend!”
He captioned his upload simply: “Morning all. @sundaybrunchc4 just 24 hours away.
“@lilymooremusic and @mavericksabre for your coffee tunes. Coffee from @california.coffee.wine.”
Simon teamed dark-rimmed glasses with a black, long-sleeved top, and looked to be enjoying his slow start to the day.
Sunday Brunch has been airing for nine years, and runs live for three hours.
It was first announced by Channel 4 in February 2012, after the BBC series Something for the Weekend ended its seven-year run due to budget cuts.
Sunday Brunch airs tomorrow on E4 at 9.30am.
