Inside Frankie Bridges exotic family holiday after coming third on Im A Celeb

Frankie Bridge has jetted off on an exotic post-Christmas holiday with her husband Wayne and their two children.

The I'm A Celebrity…. Get Me Out Of Here! star recently took to Instagram to reveal that they'd headed on a last-minute holiday after they were unable to see their extended family over Christmas.

Frankie, 32, and Wayne, 41, enjoyed a family Christmas at home with their two sons, Parker, nine, and Carter, six, before jetting off on a lavish beach getaway to celebrate the remainder of the festive period.

The mum-of-two shared an adorable family photo on Instagram, where she and Wayne could be seen standing on the beach during an evening out with their sons.

Frankie revealed that during her time on I'm A Celeb she'd been dreaming of Christmas with her family, and told her 1.5 million followers: "When I was in the castle… the thing that got me through… was picturing Christmas with the family … especially the Twinnies and dreaming about being on an island with no one other than Wayne and the boys.

"…so the minute we knew we weren’t going to be able to see the ones we love… like so many other people this year … we decided to get out of there and have some much needed family time in the warm!"

As their family holiday got underway, Frankie continued to share a series of sweet photos, including a selfie with her eldest son, nine year old Parker.

The star gushed over the snap, telling her fans it was a "Rare sighting of my first born", before adding "He's now too grown up for pictures and hanging out with Mummy…"

Frankie also gave her followers a glimpse into their exotic holiday, with one image showing her, Parker, and Carter sitting by an enormous swimming pool at a luxurious holiday resort.

The family have also been busy celebrating the new year during their sun-soaked getaway, and they headed out for the evening on New Year's Eve.

Thirty two year old Frankie wowed in a dark grey batwing jumpsuit, which she paired with a silver necklace and a natural make-up look for the outing, while former footballer Wayne opted for a stylish black and white animal print shirt.

Posing with their two children, who were dressed in matching navy blue t shirts, Frankie told her Instagram followers: "Happy New Year people! While I’m not a fan of the forced pressure of NYE… it is another excuse to be with the people you love and to reflect on the year you’ve had… good and bad… be kind to yourself… you don’t have to be a brand new you by the morning… or even by the end of the year."

She also added: "Love you all… you’re the best… thanks for sticking with me… old and new."

Wayne also marked the new year with a sweet family snap, taken during an evening watching the sunset at the beach.

He and Frankie could be seen enjoying a glass of wine together as Parker and Carter sat in front of them in one shot, while a second photo showed an unimpressed Frankie attempting to get their two children to pose for a photo.

Wayne wrote: "Not a lot to say just wanted to say HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you, hoping you all have a better and healthier one."

The dad-of-three, who also shares son Jaydon, 15, with ex Vanessa Perroncel, then referred to the second photo, jokingly adding: "the daily struggle of getting a good family picture, you can see just how happy they were about it if you slide across!"

Frankie's exotic family holiday comes after she came in third place on the most recent series of ITV's I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!

Speaking about her stay in Gwrych Castle in an exclusive chat with OK!, Frankie revealed she struggled with homesickness.

She told OK!: "Obviously not knowing how the kids and Wayne were was really difficult. We’re so used to being in constant contact with everybody that we know and love."
