Blake Lively Celebrity Crushes, 6 Celebs the Actress is Crushing On
Ever since Blake Lively starred in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, she became almost everyone‘s celeb crush, but can we really blame them? After that movie, Blake’s career continued to take off, with iconic roles like Serena van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl, and her most recent part as Emily in A Simple Favor.
Of course, it wasn’t only fans of the actress who openly had a crush on her — it was celebs, too! Throughout the course of Blake’s career, several celebrities have been open and honest about their crushes on Blake, even if, in the end, they were just style crushes. Hey… a crush is a crush, right?! What you may not know, however, is that, although she’s a married woman, Blake still has plenty of crushes of her own. Don’t believe us? Keep reading:
Considering Blake and Ryan Reynolds are happily married with two children, it should come as no surprise that she has a major crush on the Green Lantern star. However, if you’re looking for proof, look no further.
In an old Instagram photo that Ryan posted of himself, Blake was caught flirting and joking around in the comments. She wrote, “Sh*t. Your brother is hot. I’ve made a terrible mistake…” As we all know, Ryan doesn’t have a twin, so the person she was referring to as hot was none other than her very own hubby. LOL.
If you haven’t seen A Simple Favor yet, do yourself a favor and go see it. Not only is it a great movie, but from the get-go, you’ll be able to feel the chemistry that exists on screen between Blake and Anna Kendrick. So, is there something to that chemistry? Maybe!
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight while promoting the flick, Blake referred to Anna as “the hotter, female(r) version” of her husband, which sounds like a pretty big compliment if you ask us! We don’t know about you guys, but it seems to us like Blake’s got a crush on her co-star.
LBR, in this day and age, who doesn’t have a crush on Beyoncé? Like the rest of us, Blake is crushing on Bey HARD, and that feeling was only magnified tenfold when she had the opportunity to see her perform live.
Back at Blake’s fragrance launch in 2013, she joked with E! News, “Oh, my gosh! I just want Beyonce to be the mother of my children. She was amazing! I can’t… I can’t even. I don’t even have words for her.” Clearly, Blake couldn’t help but swoon over Bey, but don’t worry, Blake… we totally get it.
If you’re anything like us, chances are high that Blake Lively is your celebrity style crush. But just because Blake’s our style crush doesn’t mean she doesn’t have one of her own!
That’s right, fam! In an interview with Us Weekly, Blake gushed over supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whitely and her impeccable sense of style. She said, “She’s just perfect looking — always! She looks so regal and elegant all the time and I love that. I love that she’s a young woman who dresses of times past and isn’t afraid to dress up. It’s really special to be able to celebrate style like that.” We couldn’t agree more!
For those of you who don’t remember, Blake and Salma Hayek worked together on the 2012 film Savages, and from we’ve seen, it seems like the two got along really well. Like, really, really well!
In fact, Blake made it clear that she loved working with Salma. While promoting the flick, Blake even told the Daily News that “it’s impossible not to bond with Salma.” Of course, in true Blake Lively fashion, she took it a step further, saying, “You just hope that she doesn’t get a restraining order against you… you just want to be around her.” Sounds like someone’s got a crush!
Okay, we know this may seem odd, but do you know how most people in their lives have, at one point or another, had a childhood celebrity crush? Well, interestingly enough, Blake’s childhood crush was on none other than late night television host David Letterman. Say whaaat?!
You heard that correctly, folks! While playing a game for Michael Kors‘ Glamour Games series, Blake was forced to disclose who her childhood crush was, and alas, she said David, explaining that “he had my dad’s sense of humor. That, like, really dry sense of humor.” To each their own, we suppose!
