Although Shona fully supports David in the aftermath of his confession, there is more turmoil ahead as he’s sent to jail for breaking his bail conditions.

With David in prison, Gail will become increasingly confused and irritated by Emma’s presence at the Platts’ – eventually deciding that she needs to intervene.

Deciding that enough is enough, Gail suggests to Emma that it’s probably time she moved out – especially given that David isn’t living there at the moment. But will Emma take the hint? Or does Gail have a fight on her hands?
