Dancing on Ice’s Christopher Dean shouts at skaters to ‘shut up’ as they boo him
Dancing on Ice judge Christopher Dean was not happy during Sunday night's episode as he told the skaters to "shut up" after they started booing him.
Christopher had been giving his feedback to contestant Sonny Jay after his performance on the ice when the skaters decided to show their disapproval.
He told Sonny: "You know, when a routine starts and it makes me sit up and smile and be engaged with it, that's what you were able to do for me.
"And so, the choreography, the ability, the franticness of it and yet in control – well I hope so anyway."
He added: "It could have been a higher mark, it could have been 7.5 but you're judges challenge, the spin was a little bit weak.
"So, when you get those judges challenges, really start working on those to improve on them."
The skaters in the background could then be heard booing at his comments, and Christopher made it clear that he wasn't going to have it.
He shouted: "Ey, shut up you lot."
Viewers rushed to social media to comment on the shock moment, with many of them finding the outburst hilarious to watch.
One posted: "Something about Chris telling the fake audience to shut up is killing me."
Another added: "Chris telling them to shut up."
Despite Christopher's comments, Sonny and his partner Angela Egan were happy with the feedback, and also got one of the highest scores of the night.
The same couldn't be said for Graham Bell and Rebekah Vardy, who were revealed to be in the bottom two and going against each other in the Skate-Off.
Viewers were left very disappointed as Graham was sent home after the performance, with many saying that he deserved another chance.
All of the judges announced that they had decided to save Rebekah to let her go through to the Dance week, meaning Graham was the second celeb to be sent home.
One person posted: "Graham was better than rebekah in literally every way but whatever #DancingOnIce."
A second added: "Disappointed with the judges tonight. Rebecca may have attempted to perform a technically more advanced routine but she made multiple mistakes – how does that mean Graham should go home when he performed his routine so well?? #dancingonice."
Dancing on Ice continues next Sunday at 6pm on ITV.
