Holly Willoughby dresses up as a sexy French maid in Ministry of Mayhem throwback clip

HOLLY Willoughby gave viewers of children's TV show Ministry Of Mayhem a sweet treat when she dressed up in a French maid's outfit to play a cake-baking "trolley dolly".

The This Morning host sported a frilly minidress, black wig, fishnet tights and heels for the part of "Polly with the trolley", and got into the saucy role so much she even put on a Cockney accent.

Cameras got a shot of Holly's bum and long legs as she sashayed out to Hey Big Spender, before meeting celebrity guest Cheryl Tweedy, who was then in Girls Aloud and not yet married to first husband Ashley Cole.

Holly, 36, also made a flirty remark about c0-host Stephen Mulhern as she arrived on set, cooing: "Ooh I like this one!"

The TV personality , who also accidentally flashed her bra and boob on other episodes of the show, was wheeling out cakes for a segment where the celebrity guest, in this case Cheryl, catapults cakes off a skateboard.

Sexy Holly, who was then in her early 20s, gave Cheryl a "Tweedy pie" as a pun on her surname, before chiding her for not flinging the cake far enough during the game.

Telly pin-up Holly must have known she was dressed as the number one male fantasy, a French maid, on the morning show, which rain between 2004 and 2006.

Holly is now a mum-of-three and married to Dan Baldwin, who acted as producer on Ministry of Mayhem, and lives with her in a swanky Edwardian pad complete with flag pole.

His wife's plum role on This Morning alongside Phillip Schofield has not seen her make any forays into fancy dress costumes, as she even has her stylish outfits picked for her.

However, she and Phil still have a giggle over the "filthy" things that sometimes happen on the show.

Recently she had to apologise to viewers after accidentally saying the word "spank" and Gino D'Acampo's sausage dish also presented some problems for her and Phil.

Last week Holly, who has also worked as a lingerie model in the past, has revealed that This Morning might be about to become a lot more like Ministry Of Mayhem by gaining a live audience.
