Hollyoaks fans can't get enough of Darcy's downfall

Tonight’s (April 25) episode of Hollyoaks finally saw the downfall of devious Darcy Wilde after she fled the village in fear.

Poor Esther Bloom (Jazmine Franks) collapsed after drinking the tainted whisky Darcy (Aisling Jarrett-Gavin) had made but, thankfully, she was found by Darren (Ashley Taylor Dawson) and Nancy Osborne (Jessica Fox) and rushed to hospital.

Esther’s condition is still very touch and go – and fans are desperate for her to pull through:

A panicked Darcy fled from the Osborne house and confessed what she’d done to Adam Donovan (Jimmy Essex), who decided to call the police on her.

Darcy then blackmailed Glenn (Bob Cryer) into handing over some money by threatening to tell Adam how his mum really died – and with that she and her son Toby were off in a cab.

Viewers couldn’t have been any happier to see the back of Darcy:

Meanwhile, terrified Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) decided to change her locks to try to keep her stalker out and convinced newcomer Josh (Rupert Hill) to stay with her until the job was finished.

Although Josh was frosty at first due to Sienna’s previous protection of her killer daughter Nico, Sienna soon found herself opening up about losing baby Sophie.

The heart to heart had viewers pretty convinced that Sienna and Josh are going to get together at some point:

We’ll have to watch this space to see whether anything does happen between the unlikely couple…
