I was on Love Island this year – all the islanders were forced inside but ITV won't show what happens next | The Sun

LOVE Island star Catherine Abaje has lifted the lid on the secrets of villa life.

The Irish beauty told fans the Islanders are forced to stay outside even if it rains – but there was one occasion when they had to all go inside the villa and had to be separated.

Catherine explained during a Q&A last night: “When it rains, we stay outside. We go onto the day beds or the den area.

“But when there was thunder and lightning, we had to go inside.

“But when we went inside, the boys and girls had to be separated, so they didn’t miss out on content.”

In the past Islanders have revealed that the groups are kept apart on their day off from filming, so nothing gets said off camera.

Meanwhile, Catherine previously slammed the show and has insisted she wasn’t bullying Scott van der Sluis despite over 1,000 Ofcom complaints.

As viewers will know, Catherine was recently involved in a lot of drama with Scott after she brought back Elom Ahlijah-Wilson from Casa Amor.

Things got ten times worse when Movie Night arrived and Scott defended himself after they showed a clip of him saying he would turn his head in Casa Amor.

This prompted a fiery row between Scott and Catherine, and Leah also piped up to defend her friend and ended up saying that none of the Casa Amor girls wanted him.
