Katie Price sets up business with boyfriend Kris Boyson – weeks after narrowly avoiding bankruptcy
The troubled reality star registered a company named KK Photography Limited last week which lists her and Kris as business partners.
The name is related to the couple’s first names although it is not yet clear what they will be doing through the firm.
But they may face issues with the firm as there is already a business with the name KK Photography trading in Wisconsin, USA.
Katie, 40, has a ten percent share in the company while Kris, 30, is a 90 percent shareholder.
A source close to the telly personality said: “Katie is determined to rebuild her life and Kris wants to help her out."
They continued: “They have set up a company together in the hope it can give them a proper future.
“She is looking at sensible ways to make money going forward because she knows she can’t let history repeat itself.”
On Sunday she also teased she may revive her equestrian range.
Her new venture comes less than six weeks after she was able to stave off bankruptcy.
Katie, once worth £40million, agreed to a plan to pay back what she owes in a hearing at the High Court in December.
Speaking in her show My Crazy Christmas, she said: “I’m starting a new year. New beginning, new year, no bankruptcy. That’s why today is good.
“Nothing else can go wrong, I’ve had good news so far, everything’s going well.”
