The 22-year-old says he was originally asked to appear on the hit ITV dating show back in 2019 and 2020 before eventually making his way to the villa this summer.
Liam, who was only a teen when the show’s talent scouts first came knocking on his door, has confessed he didn’t fancy the idea at the time.
He passed up the chance of a spot in the villa that summer and then another for the show’s winter run.
In a recent Facebook livestream with WalesOnline, the bricklayer said: "I was actually supposed to go on there when I was 19, so a few years ago now”.
“I didn't end up going on there, then I was supposed to go on the winter one, and I chose not to go on that one”, he added.
The crowns for that series ultimately went to blonde beautyPaige Turleyand her beauFinn Tapp .
Cut to summer 2020 and hunky Liam got another chance to find love in the most unconventional way.
But coronavirus restrictions threw a spanner in the works of true love, with ITV binning the series in the end.

The Methyr Tydfil-born stud thinks fate played a part in it all.
“I think everything happens for a reason, you know? I've ended up going on there this year, and if I'd gone on there a previous year I wouldn't have met Millie”, he argued
"I've gone on there this year and it's all worked out perfect, so I couldn't be more grateful."
Millie recently confessed she’s "obsessed" with love interest Liam after the pair went out to celebrate their win.
