Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby welcomed Andrew Neil and Vanessa Feltz onto This Morning on Tuesday to discuss the latest headlines as part of the ITV show’s Morning View segment. Towards the end of the discussion, Holly and Phillip veered the conversation in a more light-hearted direction to explore the topic of hobbies picked up in lockdown.

With many people up and down the country picking up baking, exercise and a number of other activities as they adapt to life in lockdown, Holly and Phillip shared their own experiences.

“I’ve done nothing!” Holly exclaimed as they went over the past year, while Phillip added: “I wrote a book.”

When Andrew weighed in, however, there was only one hobby he dropped into the conversation.

“I decided to launch my own news channel, GB News, this spring and summer,” he added to the discussion.

Clearly amused that Andrew had shoehorned his new channel into the discussion, Phillip leaned back into his chair with arms spread.

“Managed to get it in,” the This Morning host sarcastically swiped as Andrew mentioned his new channel on the ITV show.

“Very subtle,” he continued to dig as Andrew could be seen smiling from his home in the South of France.
