Towie star reveals amazing before and after pics of weight loss saying he's 'embarrassed' about old body | The Sun
TOWIE star Jordan Brook has revealed his incredible body transformation by sharing before and after pictures.
Giving his followers a dose of Monday motivation, Jordan showed how much he has changed his life over the past couple of years.
In the before pictures, Jordan has a softer figure without definition, while in the more recent snap he is chiselled and much more athletic.
He wrote: "Monday Motivation for whoever needs it.
"Always been slightly embarrassed of the throw back photos but today I thought f*ck it, that’s old me, use it for motivation.
"Two years ago I decided to turn my lifestyle and bad habits around, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made, both physically and mentally. Sometimes just got to remind yourself how far you’ve come.

His girlfriend Sophie Kasaei said: "Unbelievable wow well done hard work and determination right there."

Another follower said: "Wow mate you’ve smashed it, you look a completely different person. Well done."

For Jordan, life is looking good at the moment.
Not only is he in the shape of his life, but he's also got the love of his life too.
Back in March we reported how Sophie and Jordan had moved in together – six months after they started dating.
Prior to that, Jordan had already presented the former Geordie Shore star with a pair of keys to his own home.
Sophie, was relaxing in the bath with a movie when her Towie partner walked in.
At first Jordan dangled a small bag of BBQ pop chips in front of her while she watched the "unseen version" of Titanic.
Then Jordan left the bathroom and said he had got her "another present".
He then told her to put her hand out to grab the mystery item, before he handed her a set of silver keys, as he exclaimed: "They're yours!"
