Winona Ryder reveals she's secretly married to Keanu Reeves after Dracula wedding
The Hollywood pair have come to a sudden realisation that they may well be married after swapping vows on the set of a film in front of a very real priest.
The shock realisation came to 46-year-old Winona as she was out promoting her new film, Destination Wedding, alongside 53-year-old Canadian hunk Keanu.
The pair previously starred alongside each other in the 1992 horror film Dracula, directed by Francis Ford Coppola and staring Gary Oldman as the titular vampire.
“We actually got married in Dracula. No, I swear to god I think we’re married in real life,” Winona suddenly proclaimed during an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
“In that scene, Francis [Ford Coppola] used a real Romanian priest,” she explained.
“We shot the master and he did the whole thing. So I think we’re married,” she reasoned.
Winona reminded her co-star that they had swapped “I dos” in the process, prompting Keanu to ask: “We said yes?”
“Don’t you remember that? It was on Valentine’s Day,” Winona said – with Keanu then suggesting: “Oh my gosh, we’re married.”
Winona has been dating designer Scott Hahn since 2011 but has previously hinted she might never marry.
"I'd rather never have been married than been divorced a few times,” she told Net a Porter in 2016.
“Not that there’s anything wrong with divorce, but I don't think I could do it if that was a possibility," she continued.
She added her “standards are really high” when it comes to romance due to her parents being: "madly in love for 45 years."
