Girl, six, is forced to go to school looking 'like a tomato'
NOT having a wonderful Christmas time! Girl, six, is forced to go to school looking ‘like a tomato’ after her prankster mother smeared her face in LIPSTICK then blamed her Elf on the Shelf
- Thienna Huish, six, woke up with red long-lasting lipstick all over her face
- Her prankster mother blamed her Elf on the Shelf toy named Chicken
- The Elf had even left her a message on the mirror: ‘Thienna done it, not Chicken’
A six-year- old girl was forced to go to school ‘looking like a tomato’ after her prankster mother smeared her face in long-lasting lipstick- and then blamed Elf on the Shelf.
Thienna Huish, six, stood in complete shock when she saw herself in the mirror, covered in bright red lipstick and thought her scheming elf toy, named Chicken, had sabotaged her while she was fast asleep.
The mischievous elf also left a cheeky message on the bathroom mirror of the family home in Minehead, Somerset – which even blamed her for the mess, reading: ‘Thienna done it, not Chicken’.

Thienna’s mοther Claire, 35, cleverly orchestrates daily elf antics but admitted she felt bad when her daughter had to go into school with a red face.
The mother-of-one, who is a retail assistant, said: ‘I went out for the evening but when I came back realised the elves hadn’t set up their prank yet.
‘All of my makeup was out and everyone else was fast asleep, so I had to think quickly and picked up a lipstick to draw on Thienna with.
‘I accidentally put a bit too much on because it was hard to see in the dark so the elf went a bit crazy.
The cheeky Elf on the Shelf even left her a message on the mirror reading:’Thienna done it, not Chicken’
‘I didn’t realise until the morning how much I’d used. I felt really bad because I didn’t realise I was using a 24-hour long-lasting lipstick.
‘I had to use so many face wipes to try and get it off but she still looked like a tomato.
‘But I found it absolutely hilarious even though it might sound awful. Sometimes I think I love the elves more than Thienna does.’
At first, Thienna didn’t see that she had lipstick all over her face, until her mother led her into the bathroom to look in the mirror.
Mrs Huish said: ‘Thienna woke up looking for the elves so I led her into the bathroom where they had written on the mirror with the lipstick.
Thienna’s mοther Claire loves pulling pranks on her daughter. She has made elves to eat cereal from Thienna’s school shoes
The mother-of-one started the tradition three years ago. Previous pranks include leaving the elves in a hot chocolate bath
‘She was so shocked when she finally saw herself. I couldn’t stop laughing.
‘Luckily she didn’t get upset but she was a bit annoyed when she realised there was a bit of lipstick in her hair.
‘Her elf is crazy and she loves telling her friends and teachers about what’s got up to, so they weren’t surprised when she went into school with a bright red face.’
The family’s elf tradition began three years ago to try and keep the Christmas magic alive for little Thienna, who is such a heavy sleeper that she doesn’t wake up while the cheeky elves are vandalising her or her surroundings.
Claire enjoys going to the extreme with the surprises and has so far wrapped up the whole of Thienna’s bedroom, left the elves in a bath of hot chocolate and even knocked over the Christmas tree.
Another prank where Mrs Huish wrapped up all of her daughter’s bedroom
She added: ‘I post pictures of the pranks online for my family and friends to see, and my friends’ kids are always asking what Thienna’s elves have done.
‘Everyone knows what I’m like and how mad I am so I’ve not had any bad reactions to it all.
‘Thienna really enjoys it – even though she sometimes tells me off for laughing a bit too much at everything.’
