The incredible moment a ute careered across a seven-lane highway narrowly avoiding vehicles before crashing into a business on the other side of the road has been captured on camera.
A Toyota Hilux was seen driving from McMillians Road towards Darwin City in the Northern Territory about 5pm on Thursday when the accident happened.
Footage showed the vehicle approach the multi-lane highway at high speeds.
The car knocked over several cones as it drove over a garden strip at the set of traffic lights.

The Toyota Hilux continued across one side of the road, narrowly missing a white vehicle before it moved through a gap between several cars stopped at a red light on the opposite side of the highway.
It finally came to a stop when it crashed into a business.
Northern Territory police said the female driver had allegedly lost control of the Toyota Hilux and failed to negotiate a turn.

The female driver and a passenger, a young child, were taken to Royal Darwin Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Superintendent Daniel Shean said: ‘It is incredibly lucky no one else was injured in this incident.’
‘Drivers are reminded to always drive with due care and attention.’
Police are continuing to investigate the crash.
