Octomum Marie Buchan who rakes in £30k-a-year on benefits moans about £2.5k Turkey boob job – and now wants another one

A BOTCHED boob job has left 'Octomum' Marie Buchan fuming – and planning to go back under the knife.

Britain's £30k-a-year "welfare queen" says she booked in to have 34DD boobs, but when she returned from Turkey "I was shocked to discover they were only a 34C".

The ex-lapdancer, 37, said she saved up for the surgery through car boot sales and part-time work in Birmingham to cover the boob op rather than dip in to her benefits.

The mum-of-eight flew to Istanbul earlier this year, where she splashed out £2,500 to increase the size of her breasts – and "boost" her confidence.

But she's complaining about the result of her "Christmas present" to herself, telling Birmingham Live: "it has been a complete nightmare. I really do feel like I have been butchered."

Marie said she's been suffering pain in her breasts, reddening of a nipple, a dent in one boob and excessive scarring.

LOTS OF PAIN

The mum said she was warned she could experience pain for up to six months after the surgery.

She added: "I expected pain but it's been ten months now and the pain is still very severe.

"As well as the physical pain, there is the mental anguish. It has left me depressed.

"It has had a huge impact on my mental wellbeing and has made me more anxious. I just didn't want to go out.

"I would like to warn other women thinking of going abroad for a boob job. I totally regret going abroad for mine."

It was always a dream of mine to have breast surgery and increase the size of my boobs.

Marie said: "I was quoted around £5,300 for a boob job in England but the one in Turkey was £2,500. I did my research on the clinic and it had lots of good reviews.

"I flew out in January and stayed three nights. I paid a £500 deposit before I flew over and then they asked for cash to pay the rest. I had to take £2,000 with me.

"I told them before the operation that I wanted to have 34DD boobs. When I returned I was shocked to discover they were only a 34C."

CLINIC TO BE SUED?

Marie said she was considering her options but could take legal action against the clinic.

There's a question mark, too, over whether she could get a second round of surgery done overseas or in the UK.

"People say to me to get the problem sorted in England.

"But why should I go and get the operation done with taxpayers' money when the clinic in Turkey should be sorting it," Marie said.

The mum provoked outrage when she appeared on This Morning last year, as she claimed life was better on benefits and she planned to spend her wages on breast enhancement.

Marie and her kids – aged between six and 18 – live in a four-bedroom housing association property.

While appearing on Channel 5's Benefits Britain: Life on the Dole four years ago, Marie was dubbed "shameless" and "work shy" as she boasted about her benefits.

She also sparked controversy for telling Closer magazine that giving birth to so many kids had given her greater entitlement to handouts.

Marie told the mag: "It's easy to claim off the state.

"People might criticise me, but it's my right to have as many children as I want."

Two years ago, Marie insisted she couldn't get work because "dirty big perverts" kept hitting on her.

She explained that she constantly faced sleazy propositions while trying to get work as a mechanic.
